What we delivered: AV production and technical support for a two-day sales kick-off
We delivered the AV and technical production for AGA Rangemaster's two-day sales kick-off, a mix of conference sessions, workshops and entertainment for 45 delegates at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The Challenge

The Get-In & Install
Ahead of the event we scoped the AV requirements with the client and prepped and tested the kit off-site for a reliable, fast deployment on arrival.
AV and production planning. Our production team defined the technical setup for the conference and workshop sessions and supported the presentation build so everything ran cleanly on the day.
Coordination. We aligned the technical schedule to the wider run of the two days so the AV was ready for each transition between session, meal and entertainment.
Show Days
Over two days we held a consistent AV setup across the mix of sessions and entertainment.
Day one. Conference sessions ran into an evening of dinner, drinks and live music, our team handling the technical switch from presentation mode to a live performance setup.
Day two. Interactive workshops needed flexible AV for smaller, more hands-on formats, with our technicians on hand throughout.
On site. We provided live technical support across both days, keeping the transitions clean and the sessions running to time.
The Derig
After the event we struck the rig cleanly and closed out with the venue, with the client praising the delivery and the delegate experience.
A well-paced two-day event lives or dies on the transitions, and getting the technical side to disappear into the background is exactly the point. The success opened conversations around more work with AGA Rangemaster.
