What we delivered: On-site production management for an international product launch
To introduce the Future Renew Night Serum to the US market, we delivered a high-profile launch in the heart of New York City. Hosted at Studio 525, the evening welcomed 140 guests including dermatologists, media, influencers and the No7 team, all inside a tight eight-week timeline.
This was a launch that had to work three and a half thousand miles from home. Our role was on the ground: we sent a production team from the UK to New York to run the build and the live event on-site, managing every supplier and every cue in the room.
Delivering a launch of this profile across two continents leaves no room for error. Someone has to own the room, hold the schedule and make sure every supplier and every cue lands. That was our job.

Boots On The Ground
There is no substitute for having the right people in the room. For a launch of this profile, in a venue three and a half thousand miles from home, we sent a production team from the UK to New York to manage it in person.
They arrived ahead of the event to run the get-in, brief and coordinate local suppliers and production partners, and take ownership of the build so the creative vision translated exactly onto the venue floor.
Managing The Build
Our team oversaw the full venue installation, holding the schedule across an eight-week lead time that ended in a fast, high-pressure build on site. Staging, AV, screens and the brand environment were all sourced locally and rigged in New York, with our production management making sure every element landed as planned and on time.
Presenter comms were handled with our own kit, DPA headset mics carried out from the UK, so the people on mic sounded right regardless of what the room supplied.
Show Night
On the night, our team ran live event operations, coordinating every moving part so 140 guests experienced a seamless, high-energy evening from arrival to close. Timings, cues, suppliers and the run of show all sat with us in the room.
