Every project gets a full risk assessment and method statement before anything goes on site. We work with your venue to make sure everything is agreed in advance, not sorted out on the day.All electrical equipment is PAT tested annually, and we can send certificates over whenever you need them.
We're insured by RSA Insurance: £10 million employers liability, £5 million public and product liability. Certificates are available to download below, or we can send them direct to your venue or procurement team.

We're ISO 27001 certified - the international standard for information security management. In practice, that means your event data, client information and internal communications are handled through audited, documented processes, from initial enquiry right through to project delivery.
We're fully GDPR compliant, and our privacy policy is available to download below. If your legal or procurement team needs anything specific, a data processing agreement, details of our retention policies, or a walkthrough of how your data flows through our systems, just ask.
