What we delivered: AV production, stage, exhibition support and show-calling for a large-scale internal conference
We partnered with a leading UK retailer to deliver a large-scale internal conference and exhibition at the CBS Arena. With close to 1,000 delegates, 200 brand staff and representatives from 35 brands, the event was built to inspire, connect and showcase innovation across the retailer's categories.
The Challenge

The Get-In & Install
We worked across departments to plan every detail of the conference and exhibition, from the venue to brand coordination, aligning it all for a high-impact delivery.
Venue and logistics. We secured the CBS Arena and arranged accommodation for delegates, brand teams and stakeholders.
Brand management. A dedicated inbox and event website streamlined communication with 35 brands, with supplier timelines and deliveries coordinated centrally.
Stands and build. We ran brand meetings to refine presentations and stand designs, and supported the exhibition build from blueprint through to inspection.
Show Days
The CBS Arena became a hub of brand storytelling, networking and learning, with our team overseeing all live delivery for delegates and exhibitors.
Stage. A dynamic stage environment with high-definition displays, professional audio and impactful lighting carried the presentations and performances.
Exhibition. Interactive zones and custom-built stands encouraged product exploration and real engagement between brands and delegates.
Show-calling. Our team ran speaker transitions, technical cues and event flow to keep a professional, engaging programme moving throughout.
The Derig & Handover
Afterwards we handled the debriefs, content delivery and feedback. The outcome was a conference and exhibition that exceeded expectations, praised for the immersive environment and smooth logistics.
We captured high-quality photography and video for post-event use, struck the build cleanly, and strengthened a relationship that continues into future events.
