What we delivered: Full AV production for a prestigious industry lunch

We delivered the AV production for TRIC's annual Christmas Lunch, a prestigious event celebrating the television and radio industry. Hosted at The Londoner Hotel, it needed a polished, festive setup to carry speeches, entertainment and networking.

The Challenge

A high-profile industry room where the AV had to be faultless but never intrusive, clear audio for speeches and live entertainment, dynamic visuals for presentations and sponsors, and a warm, festive atmosphere, all executed seamlessly across the afternoon.

The Get-In & Install

We worked with TRIC to design a technical plan balancing function with festive flair.

Stage and screen. A large LED screen backdrop carried presentations and entertainment with clear sightlines for every guest, configured for dynamic playback including sponsor branding and festive graphics.

Audio and lighting. A premium PA delivered crystal-clear audio for speeches and live acts, with lighting programmed for a warm, celebratory feel in seasonal colours.

Technical planning. Everything was pre-tested and programmed for smooth transitions, with redundancy on the critical systems.

Show Day

The afternoon needed precise coordination to hold flow and engagement.

Presentation and entertainment. Our technicians ran content playback, speaker cues and live entertainment transitions, with IMAG positioned so guests caught every moment.

Atmosphere. Lighting and scenic reinforced the festive theme while branded content held TRIC's identity across the room.

Live support. Our crew stayed on site throughout, handling adjustments quickly and discreetly to keep everything running.

The Derig

The lunch landed well, with organisers and attendees praising the professionalism, the seamless execution and the festive atmosphere.

Once the room wrapped, the rig came down cleanly, and the delivery strengthened a partnership that carried into the next year's celebration.
