What we delivered: Full AV production, scenic and content capture for a four-day international stakeholder event
We delivered the full AV production and content management for SPAR's multi-day stakeholder event in South Africa: flawless technical execution across multiple resort spaces, creative scenic, and high-quality content capture, all delivered thousands of miles from home.
The Challenge

The Get-In & Install
Planning began months out. We scoped the resort's infrastructure, coordinated the international logistics and partnered with a local production team to deliver smoothly on the ground.
Technical design. We designed AV for conference sessions, dinners and entertainment zones, with large LED screens, video relay and ROBE lighting building dynamic visual environments.
Content planning. Our creative team produced custom graphics and video to SPAR's brand, mapping photography and videography workflows for rapid editing and overnight delivery.
Show Days
The event spanned multiple areas of The Palace Resort, needing precise coordination and responsive support.
Conference production. Three large LED screens drove the plenary sessions, backed by full video relay and custom content playback, with Martin Audio delivering clarity across every space.
Scenic feature. The standout was our HUDOR water screen, installed in the resort's wave pool for a genuinely striking visual, with further lighting and scenic across the dinner and entertainment zones.
Content capture. We provided full photography and videography, delivering overnight edits for same-day social and post-event use.
The Derig & Handover
SPAR South Africa 2024 landed exactly as intended, with the team singling out the HUDOR water screen and the quality of the content produced.
Delivering to this standard thousands of miles from home comes down to local partnerships and meticulous pre-event planning, and it has opened the door to more international work with SPAR.
