What we delivered: Full AV production, live streaming and multi-room support across two venues

EPIC hosted its first European client event to showcase its medical and wellness software. The two-day programme spanned conference sessions, a dinner party and entertainment, needing flawless AV across multiple spaces, and we provided the full technical delivery.

The Challenge

Two venues, plenary plus multiple breakouts, and content that had to reach a global audience by stream, all needing consistent, broadcast-quality AV and tight coordination so nothing dropped between rooms or sites.

The Get-In & Install

We worked with EPIC to design a technical plan for a diverse set of spaces, from large plenary to intimate breakouts, each needing tailored AV.

Main session. A large LED video wall anchored the room, backed by a Martin Audio line array for premium sound, with repeater screens for clear sightlines.

Breakouts. Rear projection with custom surround flats, ROBE lighting and Martin Audio DD6 and DD12 speakers kept audio consistent, with Dolman Hall running four projectors for extra flexibility.

Planning. We scoped power, rigging and connectivity across both venues, pre-programming and testing for smooth integration.

Show Days

The event spanned two venues and multiple zones, needing precise coordination and responsive support throughout.

Plenary. The main stage ran a large LED wall, 14 radio mics and three cameras for live streaming and recording, with our technicians managing transitions, cues and playback in real time.

Breakouts. Each space was set for presentations and interactive sessions, lighting and sound calibrated for clarity with support on hand.

Evening. We carried the AV through to the dinner party and entertainment, switching the rooms cleanly from conference mode to celebration.

The Derig

The two days landed well, with EPIC praising the professionalism and technical quality and the seamless execution across venues.

Holding one consistent standard across two sites and a live global stream is a real coordination test, and it opened discussions around supporting EPIC's wider event strategy.
