The Brief
Client: Chilly's Bottles
Venue: Touring UK festivals (first stop: Love Saves the Day, Bristol)
Date: Winter 2023 to Summer 2024
What we delivered: Design and build of a tourable, weatherproof festival stand, plus on-the-road deployment support
Chilly's Bottles came to us to design and build a robust, weatherproof, tourable festival stand for their summer activation programme. The brief called for something practical, visually strong and tough enough to survive a multi-site festival tour, and for us to support getting it up and running on the road.
The Challenge

The Design & Build
We started with a full design consultation, working through materials, layout and branding, then developed CAD renders to visualise the structure and finishes. The focus throughout was durability, modularity and brand presence.
Fabrication. Our Woodshop team built the stand for strength and looks in equal measure, weatherproof cladding, reinforced framing and branded panels chosen for longevity outdoors.
Collaboration. We refined the concept with Chilly's throughout, aligning to their sustainability goals and festival schedule.
On The Road
The first deployment was at Love Saves the Day in Bristol. We managed transport, setup and final detailing on site, getting the stand activation-ready.
Modular build. Designed for rapid assembly and breakdown, the modular components adapted to different site layouts, essential for touring multiple festivals.
Impact. Bold signage, clean finishes and integrated water-refill stations made the stand stand out while supporting Chilly's eco-conscious message and encouraging interaction.
Support. Our team was on site for the first activation, making sure everything worked as intended.
The Tour Continues
After a strong launch, the stand went on to tour major festivals including Glastonbury 2024, with feedback from Chilly's and festival-goers alike coming back overwhelmingly positive.
We continued to support the stand with logistics and refinements as it travelled, a partnership built on shared values around sustainability and hard-wearing, well-made experiential design.
