What we delivered: Main-stage AV and production support for a full-day festival
We partnered with ITG to deliver a vibrant, full-day festival for 435 guests at Hatton Country World. The day combined entertainment, food, awards and production into one seamless experience, and we handled the technical side across the main stage.
The Challenge

The Get-In & Install
We helped shape the festival and delivered the production that anchored it.
Venue and layout. Hatton Country World's open, relaxed layout suited a festival format, and we planned staging, catering and guest flow around it.
Main stage. We built the main-stage setup, sound, lighting and staging, ready to carry a full day of live acts and the awards.
Entertainment. The line-up ran a DJ, live band, glitter artist, photo booth and games, all needing technical support to keep the day moving.
Show Day
On the day we delivered a seamless experience across every zone, from arrival to the final awards.
AV and production. Our team provided full technical support for the main stage, every performance, from DJ sets to live music, delivered with clarity and impact.
Arrivals. We handled digital invitations, registration and on-site check-in so guests were welcomed efficiently, with coach transfers and free parking arranged around it.
Logistics. Transport, setup and crew were coordinated in advance to keep guest access and the operational flow smooth throughout.
The Derig
The festival closed with an awards ceremony led by ITG's CEO, a celebratory finish to a full day of entertainment, food and connection, and the feedback praised its energy and organisation.
Getting reliable production into an open field for a one-day festival is its own discipline, and the success has opened discussions around future events with ITG.
