We began a new partnership with IAPS in 2024, delivering AV production across a series of conferences around the UK. The aim was to lift the delegate experience through tailored AV, branded environments and seamless technical delivery, consistently, venue after venue.

The Challenge

A touring series where every conference had to feel the same, branded, immersive and reliable, whatever the venue. Consistent plenary production, confident presenter support and the same standard extended into breakout and support spaces each time.

The Get-In & Install

We worked with IAPS to scope requirements, design branded AV environments and prep the kit for consistent delivery across venues.

Set and screen. A clean, white 10x3 metre set with a central 10ft rear-projection screen, flanked by vinyl-cut logos for brand presence.

Lighting. LED uplighters programmed to IAPS brand colours for a cohesive, professional identity.

Audio and presenter tools. L-Acoustics X8 speakers, LA4x amps and Yamaha DM3 mixers for clear sound, with comfort monitors, wireless mics and lecterns prepared for smooth, confident delivery.

Show Days

We delivered AV across plenary and breakout spaces so every delegate could engage clearly and comfortably.

Plenary. The main room ran a high-luminosity 10k laser projector, four 55-inch screens and a 43-inch comfort monitor for presenters.

Breakouts. Five breakout rooms with 3k projectors, 6ft screens and audio inputs kept AV consistent across the smaller sessions.

Support. The set was washed in brand-matched LED, and two dedicated technicians provided live support throughout for responsive adjustments.

The Derig

After each conference we struck cleanly, ready to redeploy at the next venue, with IAPS praising the consistency, professionalism and visual impact.

Repeatable quality across a touring series is its own discipline, and the strong foundation has us supporting IAPS across future conferences.
