What we delivered: AV production, lighting, video wall and custom build for a nightclub-style transformation

We were brought in to transform The VOX into a high-energy nightclub for a luxury end-of-year celebration. The brief was simple: a visually stunning, immersive party that kept guests engaged from arrival to the last dance.

The Challenge

Turn a blank event space into a believable, luxury nightclub for one night, LED, lighting, sound, custom build and styling all pulling together, with a slick VIP-style arrival and enough energy to run from doors to close.

The Get-In & Build

We worked with the client to shape the concept, coordinate logistics and align every department behind a single nightclub vision.

Concept and planning. We defined the look with the client and built a detailed delivery plan so every element matched the theme.

Venue and logistics. We coordinated access, layout and power with The VOX, and managed the supplier and build timelines.

Coordination. Production, Woodshop and delegate management were aligned early, with a dedicated lead on technical delivery on site.

Show Night

The VOX became a vibrant, high-energy space, dynamic lighting, immersive sound and custom decor inside a fully branded environment.

Lighting, sound and visuals. Moving lights, colour washes and a large LED video wall built the nightclub atmosphere, backed by a powerful PA for DJ, sax and bongo performances.

Custom build. Our Woodshop team delivered a shimmer wall, branded decor and styled furniture to create focal points and photo moments.

Arrival. Guests were checked in on iPads with real-time tracking for a smooth, VIP-style entry, with live performances, a photo booth and catering keeping the energy up all night.

The Derig

After the event we handled derig, feedback and review. The transformation drew praise for its creativity, execution and sheer impact.

All kit and decor came out swiftly and professionally, leaving the venue clean for its next booking, and the success opened discussions around future celebrations with the client.
